GET TO KNOW ME:
I am Dr. Mackenzie Clark, Doctor of Psychology and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Let's face it: life can be tough sometimes. We all experience distress at one point or another, but many of us have been taught to hide our struggles, stuff our emotions, and pick ourselves up by the bootstraps. While I'm all for self-sufficiency, I also know that some problems are hard to navigate on our own. This is where I come in. Getting professional guidance from a licensed therapist can give you that outside perspective, motivational push, or gentle encouragement you need to overcome your difficulties.
My therapy style is relaxed and nurturing, my main objective to provide a safe and secure environment in which you feel comfortable sharing your experiences. I have a strong sense of humor and lighthearted nature, but I am not afraid to push you to achieve your goals.
